BMW is all set for the launch of their seven seater SUV. Named X7, this SUV will be in direct competition to Range Rover, Audi Q9 and Mercedes Benz GLC. Bigger and more spacious than the X5 and X6 by the same auto manufacturers, the X7 is being brought out basically for the company’s Chinese customers who love their big vehicles.
Vibrant and forceful, the SUV from BMW is all set to take to the roads by storm. Spacious interiors which can easily and comfortably accommodate upto seven passengers, the SUV is crafted to exhilarate and set the pace with precision and pedigree. BMW is well known for their luxury cars that offer not only style and comfort but also great mileage and performance.
However, there has been no official statement issued by the company on when this model will be finally introduced into the market or any information on pricing of the SUV. But judging by past performance of BMW one can only expect the best.

NEW DELHI: Italian luxury sports car maker Ferrari on Thursday officially entered the Indian market with popular models such as the California, 458 Italia, 599GTB Fiorano and the latest FF at prices starting from Rs 2.2 crore onward.
"Till yesterday, Ferrari was present in 57 countries. Now we are in the 58th country, which is India. We should have been in India much before and we expect to be able to sell more than 100 cars in the next 2-3 years," Ferrari SpA Chief Executive Officer Amedeo Felisa told reporters here.
The company has appointed the Shreyans Group as its official importer in India. Bookings for the cars start today with the opening of the first dealership in the national capital. The second showroom is scheduled to open in Mumbai in the second half of 2011.
The Ferrari range which will be sold in India includes the Ferrari California priced at Rs 2.2 crore, 458 Italia at Rs 2.56 crore and 599GTB Fiorano tagged at Rs 3.37 crore. All prices are ex-showroom Delhi.
Ferrari's latest model the FF, which was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year, will also be available. It carries a price tag of Rs 3.41 crore.

Audi India, one of the fastest growing car makers in the Indian market, is now gearing-up to roll-out the new generation version of its luxury sedan A6 by this year end. The all new Audi A6 2012 carries enhanced charismatic looks along with a number of cosmetic upgrades. The car is speculated to be launched in the price range of Rs 37 to 47 lakh, and the new 2012 Audi A6 will enable the Audi series of cars to compete more promptly with the likes of BMW 5 Series and Mercedes Benz E Class.
As per recent industry reports, the new Audi A6 model will be launched in the country in four engine options including two petrol and two diesel engines. The new petrol A6 model will be carrying a 3L TFSI and a 2L TSI engine that will be generating a maximum power of 211bhp and 300bhp, respectively. On the other hand, the diesel engine options include a 2L and 3L TDI unit that is capable of delivering a peak power of 177 bhp and 245 bhp, respectively.
All four engine variants of the car will come coupled with a seven S-Tronic automatic transmissions. At present, the Audi A6 model is available in a price range of Rs 38.41 to Rs 46.14 lacs.
