Acer Liquid Metal - Launched & Price in India
Acer has launched the Acer Liquid Metal in India. It is android based phone containing all features of a smart phone, run on Android 2.2 (Froyo) platform backed by the 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon Core processor. TFT capacitive touch screen with 3.6-inch display. The Liquid Metal utilises HSDPA for internet access at speeds up to 14.4Mbps as well as Wi-Fi. It gives up to eight hour talktime battery backup & 550 hours in standby mode. Talking about others features like Push Mail, Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, built in pinch to zoom feature, 3G, GPS, Mini USB, 5-megapixel camera with digital zoom, LED flash, HD video recording with auto focus and smile recognition, Dolby surround and four touch sensitive control buttons,social networking. For storage 8GB inbuilt can be extended up to 32 GB. The phone comes with a free 8GB Micro SD Card and is expandable up to 32GB. The phone also features Breeze, the new Acer interface that is developed to manage applications. With this feature, information is visible even when the screen is locked, assisting the user to view the application history and access to frequently used applications. Breeze also allows the user to customise their home screen and re-arrange their applications according to their specific needs. The Liquid Metal is available in Silver, Brown and Tiffany Blue colours
